How can we pay?
We accept payment by:
Bank transfer (BACS) – we will give you our details on request
Cheques – please make payable to Hot Mouse Ltd
Paypal – please pay into email@example.com
We use Royal Mail 2nd class, 1st class, Special Delivery by 1pm or Parcelforce/My Hermes for large orders. Postage must be paid for at checkout. Our prices can be found here:
How quickly will my order be sent?
We post out Monday to Friday. Your order will be sent the same working day (if received by 8 am) or the next working day at the latest.
Is for the name only. All other wording on our covers is standard.
We accept returns within 14 days of your order date. All books must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of the return postage. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the book (excluding the original postage cost).
How many characters can I have?
The maximum number of characters is 15. Anything over this number of characters would make the font size quite small.
Can the font be changed?
The font is shown on the photograph of the cover, we cannot change it.
Can I use special characters or accents?
No, unfortunately we cannot add special characters or accents. You can only personalise products with standard characters, letters or numbers.
Is my name embossed onto the cover?
No, we use a special software on our computer to type your name on the cover before printing.
Can I make any changes to a personalised name after placing my order?
No, you cannot unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to personalised products after the order has been placed and paid for.
How can I be sure the personalisation is correct?
We advise thoroughly spell checking your message before completing your order as once it has been placed, the order is final. To avoid disappointment, please check carefully.
